All Nine.™ orders are dispatched within 48 hours. All parcels sent are completely traceable, and delivery is usually around 7-14 business days depending on your location and country import rules.

Where do you ship?
We ship our watches items, meaning we deliver everywhere around the world.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery is usually 7-14 business days, but shorter if you are within the Asia and sometimes slightly longer if you are the EU and North-Amercia. All of our orders are shipping from our Japan and Singapore locations depending on the item availability.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All of the taxes and duty depend on your country of origin, if you are unsure you shall contact your delivery service and ask them import tax related questions.

Can I trace my package?
Absolutely, all sent parcels are completely traceable. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

What happens if my Nine.™ Product is damaged in the transport?
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us. You will need to inform us what is damaged along with visual documentation. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

What is your return policy?
Any purchased full-price Nine.™ product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and unused. Customers can return their items to our warehouse in Sweden.

Who pays for the return?
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, and you may ship with the carrier of your choice to our warehouse in Sweden.
